With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather Alec Bulbuck, who was born on March 24, 1925 in Lennard, Manitoba.
He was born to Marie and Mike Bulbuck. He was raised in a loving home and had 11 siblings. He attended school in Inglis, Manitoba.
Alec met Ida Buleziuk and they married on October 7, 1951. They resided outside Inglis on their farm after their marriage. In 1953, they had their first child, a daughter Gia, and their family grew from there with Cindy, Beverly, Perry, Glenda and Troy.
Dad started working for Hydro as a groundsman and he also farmed outside of Inglis. Dad worked for the town of Inglis at the water plant. He was an avid curler; he enjoyed golfing, cross-country skiing, and fishing with friends. Dad travelled to many destinations: Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Alaska, the eastern coast of Canada, and many trips in between. Dad was actively involved in the Dufferin club where he enjoyed playing cards, and the many dances him and his friends attended there.
Alec was predeceased by his parents Marie and Mike Bulbuck; his wife Ida and son Perry; his brothers Jack, George, Ted, James and (sisters-in-law); his sisters, Doe, Rose, Verna, Sadie, Anne, Margaret and (brothers-in-law) and nephew Brent Burke.
