Barbara Anne Marie Bohémier, a deeply loved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on March 31st, 2026 at the age of 67.
Barb was born on December 20th, 1958 and spent her life devoted to the people and things she loved most. Barb was known for her kind heart, strength, humor, generosity and she touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Barb was a devoted and loving wife to Rick, mother to Joey (Coralee), Jason (Jamie) and Raelyn (Owen), and her love extended to her grandchildren Riley, Brody, Deacon, Jonah, Angele, Hope, Jayden and Ella. Her family was her greatest joy, and she created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and unwavering support.
Barb had a passion for spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren, and her dog Jessie. She found happiness in simple joys—gardening, cooking, shopping, decorating, baking, trail rides with friends and she also enjoyed fishing and camping at the lake of the prairies for many years with her husband Rick with whom she would be celebrating 50 years of marriage in November. Barb took great pride in watching her grandchildren grow and play the sports and doing the activities they all loved, she was and always will be their biggest fan.
She will be remembered for kind heart, her contagious laugh, her strength, resilience and her never ending kindness to others.
Barb was predeceased by her parents Fortunat and Alma Chartier and her brother Ronald (Betty) and sisters Paulette (Dominic), Claudette (Aurel), Pierrette (Alvarez), Gracia (Laslo), Jeannine (Alfred) and survived by her brothers Jean-Paul (Louise) and Gilles (Anita). Her mother in law Denise and her sister in law Gisele.
Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in the love she gave us and the memories we will carry forever. Her legacy lives on in the lives she shaped and the love she shared.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
We love you to the moon and back❤️
Life's work well done❤️
