Doreen Martinot (Ireland)

Doreen Janet (Ireland) Martinot of Russell, MB passed away Monday, May 20th surrounded by her family at the Russell Personal Care Home at the age of 92 years.

Doreen was born on November 14, 1931 in Russell, MB to Charles and Gertrude Russell. Doreen was predeceased by her brothers- Fred, Cliff, Doug and sisters- Alice, Irene, and Reta.

Doreen leaves to mourn her children, Kathy (Dean), Doug (Joan), Don (Rolanda), and Connie; eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, May 27th at 11:00AM (MB time) at the Knox United Church in Russell, MB. Lunch to immediately follow. To those wishing to attend, the interment will take place at 2:30PM (SK time) at the Melville Municipal Cemetery in Melville, SK.

If friends so desire, donations in memory of Doreen may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
