The family of the late Eileen Wagner of MacNutt, Saskatchewan are sad to announce her passing on November 29, 2025 at the Westview Community Centre in Stony Plain, Alberta.
Eileen was born on June 19, 1932 in the Calder District to parents Albert & Emma Curle (Dilts). She lived and worked on the farm, looking after her siblings until the age of 17. In 1965, she went to Prince George to look after her uncle and study to become a nurse in social work. On December 7, 1968 she married Ronald Wagner and then moved back to MacNutt area in the Minerva District.
Eileen was a kind soul; a wonderful caregiver, would help anyone who asked and never complained about anything. She enjoyed her animals; as well as her rose gardens and flowers. She also enjoyed sewing, knitting, quilting and painting.
Eileen was predeceased by her husband Ronald in 2021; parents Albert & Emma Curle; niece Teresa Adam; daughter-in-law Sonya Wagner; nephews Dustin Wagner; brother William and sisters; Gertrude, Doreen, Victoria & Mary.
She is survived her son Wade; granddaughter Leah; sister Margaret Fadyshen and Marlene Hyslop; as well numerous nieces and nephews. Honorary Pallbearers were Dennis Curle, Garry Curle, Kim Curle and Holly Kaswana.
