With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Elsie Campbell, who left this world peacefully surrounded by the love of her family.
Elsie was born in Glenhope, on her family farm. She was a cherished wife of Gordon Campbell, and together they built a beautiful life filled with laughter, love, and family. She was the proud mother of six children, and her legacy continued to grow through many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Family was truly the center of Elsie’s world, and she loved each and every one with boundless warmth and devotion.
Elsie will be remembered for her kind heart, her welcoming spirit, and the joy she brought into every room. Her home was always a place of comfort and laughter to all.
She had a passion for the simple joys in life like working on puzzles and word searches, shopping and finding treasures at garage sales. She loved playing bingo, slow pitch baseball , and tending to her garden. She adored her porcelain doll collection and had a special fondness for birds, always delighting in their beauty and song.
Elsie’s love was unwavering, her laugh unforgettable, and her presence irreplaceable. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and memories that will live on in all who knew and loved her.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
