Angie Hemauer (Adam), first born child of William and Pauline (Sushelnilki) was born August 15th 1950 on the farm by Gorlitz, SK. Angie attended school on the farm at Bridok school then Canora composite school until Grade 10. After leaving school she helped her parents on the family farm and worked as a babysitter. She returned to school in Melville, completing her Grade 10 and obtaining a secretary diploma.
Angie married Allan Hemauer on Saturday, October 16, 1982 at St. Josephs Catholic Church, Langenburg. Angie had a son Elden, who was five years at the time and Allan accepted him as his own. Angie moved to Allans farm by Langenburg and started a new job as a secretary in the doctors office. When the doctors office in Langenburg closed, Angie started selling tupperware and Avon. Angie won many Miss Albies from selling Avon. Angie was also a good farm housewife, helping with driving the grain truck and cattle.
Angie and Allan retired to Langenburg in 2010. She enjoyed visiting with friends, flowers and gardening. She loved driving around looking at the crops with Allan and spent many a happy moments with her beloved dogs. She had a special love of dancing which she spent many hours doing the Jive with her Sister.
After a tough battle with health issues the last year, God called her home with open arms on Sunday July 28th at the Yorkton Care home, 73 age. Angie will be reunited in heaven with her father, mother, husband Allan and special dog Sparky! Where she will remember to pet Laffy <3
Angie is survived by her one and only child/son Elden (Melissa); granddaughters Hannah and Ciara ; great granddaughter Mila-Jayne. Sister Ivy (Barry) Bilokrely and brother Blaine Adam; sister in laws, Katie Hemauer, Caroline Hemauer, Irene Hemauer, Liz Adam; brother in law James (Mary) Hemauer. And may nieces, nephews and other family members.
She is predeceased by her husband Allan; her father, William; mother, Pauline; brother, Merv; nephew, Robert; sister in laws Mary, Alberta, Jane, Bernie; brother in laws, Laddie, Dennis, Robert, Leo,; father in law, John & mother in law, Bertha.
We wish to thank those who visited Angie, the nursing home staff and Braendle Bruce Funeral home.
