With great sadness and heavy hearts the family of Floyd Ledoux announces he began his journey to cross the river of life on January 29, 2024. Floyd will be greeted at the river of life by his parents, Flora and Henry, his brother Kenward, his sisters Doris, Dorothy and Vivian.
Floyd leaves to mourn his passing his sister Nora (John) Stonechild, his life long darling Linda Creeley, along with many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Floyd spent many years living on Okanese First Nation in Saskatchewan, where he made many friends that became family to him and him to them.
Floyd has a very caring persona. He would give with all his heart, joke with his contagious laughter and correct you when a mistake has been made.
Floyd loved to tell all kinds of stories. He would sit at the breakfast table with his porridge and coffee and tell stories of his younger days. He would laugh and say those were the days. Floyd will be greatly missed by all who loved him and cared for him.
The family would like to extend a very special heartfelt thank you to Seven Oaks 5th floor unit 6 nurses and Dr. Lone for the love and care they provided Floyd in his last days.
