Joe Weiss

Joseph was born in Langenburg, Saskatchewan to parents John and Anne Weiss on October 31, 1936.  Joseph lived most of his life on the family farm 7 miles South of Langenburg. He moved in to Langenburg this past April and carried on his passion which was being a part of the seniors singles dances which he attended almost every weekend right up to the Friday before he got sick. Even while in the hospital, if music was playing he was tapping his foot to the beat.

Joe was an active member of the Knights of Columbus, attended church and enjoyed regular coffee dates with his group of friends and neighbours. Joe left an impression on the community and he will be missed.

Joe was predeceased by his loving parents John and Anne Weiss, nephew Bruce Conley, and brother-in-law Van Conley.

Joe leaves to mourn his daughter Joanne Daum, grandson Brentan Daum (Mikala Dunn), great granddaughter Lilith Jo Daum, grandson Rigel Daum and great grandson Huxley William Daum.

Joe is survived by stepchildren Val Daum, Brent Daum, Betty Daum and numerous step grandchildren.

Joe is also survived by siblings Mary Conley, Grace (Bob) Harrigan and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

May you all know that Joe is watching over us all while dancing in the clouds of heaven.
