Melvin Lawrence Sehn

We are sad to announce the sudden passing of Melvin Sehn.

Melvin grew up in the Battleford area where his love of music started at a young age, singing and playing a number of different instruments. Melvin moved to Thompson, Manitoba in 1986 where he met and married his wife Jo-Ann in 1992 and raised two sons.

In 2018, Melvin moved to his small acreage in the Petlura area. He could be seen singing in Gilbert Plains, Grandview and Roblin.

Melvin is survived by his wife of 33 years Jo-Ann; sons Charles and Cile; step-son Jaryd and step-grandchild Brooklyn Hajnrych; one granddaughter; parents Leonard & Florence; mother-in-law Sylvia Rozmarnowich’ brother-in-law Mrk Rozmarnowich; sisters Caolyn Andres (Menno) and Rita McMann and their children and grandchildren.
