Penni Lou Vinnell

Penni Lou Vinnell (nee Haliuk) of Russell passed away peacefully on April 15, 2021, at home with family by her side.

She was born in Birtle on March 5, 1965 and was raised in Russell where she graduated from Major Pratt School.  Penni married Dean in 1985 and they had three children.  

Penni enjoyed working at the Russell Chiropractic Centre and Russell Flowers for many years.  She was a spiritual person who found so much joy in spending time with her husband, family and special friends.  

She was an amazingly strong, kind, and beautiful woman who will be missed and remembered by everyone who was lucky enough to know her.  

Penni is predeceased by her brother Curtis, and father-in-law Doug.   She is survived by husband Dean, children Stevee (Murray), Taylor, and Wade; Grandchildren Brett and Max; Parents Peter and Beverley, mother-in-law Joan; twin sister Patti (Danny), sister-in-law Rachel, and brother in law Kevin; Nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephew.
