Randy passed away suddenly at Rossman Lake on April 29, 2025 at the age of 68. He is survived by his wife Madeleine LeBlanc, brother Leonard (Susan), nephews Kevin and Steven, and many in-laws, nieces and nephews on the LeBlanc side of the family. Randy was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Mary, and brother Harvey. Randy grew up in Rossburn, then attended Red River College in Winnipeg, where he earned a building technology diploma. He worked in Calgary for a number of years, then briefly in Regina before returning to Winnipeg, where he met Madeleine. He had a lengthy career in project management with Canada Public Works and the RCMP until his retirement in 2016. Randy enjoyed carpentry, travel, volunteering, and winters in Arizona, but was happiest spending summers and playing golf at Rossman Lake. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Winnipeg Humane Society.
