Ronald Leonard Wagner of MacNutt, Saskatchewan passed away on April 22, 2021 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre at the age of 89 years.
Ronald was born October 8, 1931 in the Hoffenthal District, Saskatchewan to Eugene and Carolena (Kentel) Wagner. The family lived in the Russell District and Ronald attended the Royston School. When he was fourteen the family moved to MacNutt, Saskatchewan and Ronald has resided there since.
Ronald married Eileen Curle December 7, 1968 and they had one son, Wade. He farmed his whole life and enjoyed the time spent on the land and looking after his cattle. In retirement, he still enjoyed the outside work, especially looking after his yard. Ronald and Eileen also enjoyed the time they spent in Edmonton helping to look after their granddaughter Leah.
He was predeceased by his parents, daughter-in-law Sonya Wagner and sister Marlene Williams. Surviving is his wife Eileen, son Wade and granddaughter Leah of Edmonton, Alberta, brother Gerald (Carol) Wagner of Yorkton, SK, sisters: Vernita (George) Wilson of Edmonton, AB, Elda (Louis) Vansteenkiste of Winnipeg, MB and Elaine Schaan of Portage la Prairie, MB.
