My mother, Velma Schmitz, was a resident of Rideau Personal Care Home for 8 years. Annie and mom were table mates and good friends. My brothers often would go and get your mom from her room to play crib in the evenings with them and mom. We often would go for lunch with mom on Wednesday and Saturday. Bingo was at 1 pm and your mom always played bingo. A lovely lady that was a wonderful friend to my mother...she will be missed.
